After the pick-up, we will head to the Humboldt viewpoint in La Orotava, located 320 metres above sea level. This viewpoint, inaugurated in December 2010, is named after the German scientist Alexander von Humboldt.
Next stop is the Mercadillo del Agricultor Valle de La Orotava, a meeting place for consumers and local producers, including farmers, livestock breeders, artisans and confectioners. HAt the different stalls of the market you will find a wide variety of products: fruit and vegetables, meat, fish, honey, eggs, cheese, pastries, flowers, handicrafts... The market aims to support the local economy, promote food sovereignty and facilitate access to healthy food. Finally, we will go to the Tajinaste Winery, to visit the vineyards and learn about the technique of cultivation of the braided cordon. You will have the opportunity to take a guided tour of the winery to learn about the winemaking process, culminating in a tasting of three wines accompanied by a small aperitif.
At the end of the winery visit, you will return to the hotel in time for lunch.
